Being completely serious (i.e. not Ogilvy), in going around the internet I've read serious arguments for the following guys that I think are sort of convincing:
Grievis Vasquez: Good size for a ball-handler, can run the pick-and-roll, good ball handler. On the down-side, athletically he's what you associate with the Jazz.
Luke Harangody: I think the real lesson of Paul Millsap is that if a guy proves he has a particular skill for years he probably isn't going to lose that skill the minute he gets to the pros. Harangody's track record is good enough that he clearly merits a second-round flyer if he's available.
Marqus Blakely: Poor height, but huge wingspan (7'1") and a very good athlete despite his size. Might have a future as a defensive specialist in the league given his strong jumping ability, good speed laterally, and strong block and steal numbers.
Sylven Landesberg: Productive, pretty good shooting percentages for a potential second rounder, potential character problems.
