He could've been a better Rodman, who was more skilled then Roman. Rodman didn't have plays called for him ever but he busted his *** every game and gave what ever team he was on what was best for the team. AK didn't need touches to be great.
Wrong example. Rodman was not handed out max contract and was not called "face of franchise". Rodman never had touches and role like AK had for first two years after his max contract.
AK needs touches to be great - you are like Sloan if you do not understand that. See, there is biggest problem - Sloan was great X and O coach but his system was to robotic, to mechanical and he never had ability to tweak or adjust it in regards to unique players he had. All he could do ( with exception of 2003-2004 season which was his best coaching season IMHO ) was to run PG to PF dominated offense, so as soon as he had Deron and Boozer running his old style offense he did not bother how to utilize AK's talents anymore.
