look it is a serious reasonable discussion!

if the 2nd amendement is also to prevent/kstop tyranical governmemnts. the gun control/ban advocates mus thave a solution for stuff like venezuela. where it seems like maduro will stay in power forever, and they are protesting him dying daily!


look i know if people have guns it can go from either be turrible like boko harram or into something nice like 1776 depending on the culture/ideals of the people wielding them!

so if you want peole to give up their guns,, you better have a solution for the reasons why they have guns

right?

also we should have this conversation, just not when their recently has been a school shooting.

now that their are not really school shootings, emotions are neutral about it! so please enlighten me, now that we don't have to dance on death children graves!

seems we only have these conversation when their is a mass shooting

In a thread of 14 posts, 7 of them are from you, 3 of them disparage the thread, and 1 is a crap emoticon. Just who exactly are you having a discussion with???

but yeah just what i thought people want guns to be heavily restricted or banned! and they have no solution for when tyranny takes hold

Man, I just have him on block. He never seems to post anything of any interest, or, on the rare occasions he does, he doesn't seem to put any really thought into it, just vomits up talking points. And god forbid you try to get him to actually respond...

You are acting like having guns WILL stop tyranny. I invite you to show us that's the case.
 
I'm actually thinking about getting my long arm licence to go hunting with a friend. Was never something I'd ever considered before, not sure I really want to have a gun in the house even if its a rifle.

it is not just the guns. it is the mentality that the avgerage gun owning owner has.

also it stopped usa from getting invaded by japan and nazi germany during world war 2

as certain towns in europe where easy to take over and control by just a few soldiers 4-8 soldiers working in shift to suppress the town. nothing they could do because they had no guns or will to fight


that wont work in USA, so every time the nazis, japan wanted to invade usa they put that plan on hold!



but the gun owning mentality! that molon labe mentality! those guys will and can stop a tyrany!


venezuelans alreayd gave in to tyrany ones they gave up guns!



look i am open minded! if you think guns should be heavily controlled/banned! i wanna know what you plan is once tyrany takes hold like in venezuela! pretty openminded doe
