My dad was a basketball player and he would laugh his *** off to that statement. There was a star in his team and one time we have visited them and pops asked him what would it be like if they had the 3 pt line and he went I would score 300 a game

I think the best way to do it is to simply add up the rep power of the voters to determine a winner in the event of a tie.

I think it's a better method than putting all the power in one third party member.
