Any Insight Into That O'Neal Guy Would Be Helpful

The Utah Jazz are shown on TV less than a 1926 silent movie. The USA doesn't get to see the Jazz and know their players. The country actually saw more of Hayward as a Celtic this year than we saw him as a Jazz player!

I know about the Jazz players, but I don't know a thing about that O'Neale guy. Any insight would be helpful.

Seriously?
If so, that's pretty good.

I heard the name O'Neale and I actually thought it might be the guy who went into the stands with Artest.

O’Neal didn’t go into the stands with Artest. It was Stephen Jackson

O’Neal (Jermaine) is 40 years old.

Undrafted FA. 24 years old, played 2 years in Europe before being signed by the Jazz at the start of this current season. Plays better than the typical rookie, and has gotten quality minutes. Very good defense. Decent 3pt shooter. Pretty remarkable that the Jazz got both the steal of the draft in Donovan Mitchell in pick #13, and also what seems like a quality rotation player as an undrafted free agent.

Jazz staff are completely in love with him.

There were times he was really good during the season.

Towards the end of the year it felt like he hit a wall.
I'm not sure hes the best choice sometimes, but the coaches always stick with him.
He doesn't play like a rookie that is for sure.

When I saw Royce play in person I had an appreciation for him. He always seems to know where the ball is going to go. He's also bought into the system and getting the ball to a teammate for a high percentage shot appears to be his priority on offense.
