Here's some more stuff about the space program. There's something fishy going on.
We never see stars in footage of spacewalks. I don't know anything about photography but there are contradictions in what astronauts say. Some say they don't see stars and some say they do. Start listening at the 4:45 time mark.

I was moved by William Shatner’s words yesterday, upon his return from space. It was very clear to me that he had experienced the “Overview Effect”, that expansion of consciousness and enlightenment that can take place upon seeing the Earth from space. I have long felt that some of our political leaders would greatly benefit from experiencing the Overview Effect. I’m sure Shatner understands that as well as anybody about now….

The subject is something I have had an interest in for some years now. Just a Google news search, responding to a friend who had posted about Shatner’s reaction on her Facebook page. I had listened to Shatner’s reaction on his return, realized he must have experienced the overview effect, and in a effort to help my friend understand what I was talking about, came across that piece in Big Think.
