So you mean your starting PG score 0 point in a playoff game and deserve a pass?
Where has anyone said he deserves a pass?

I dont think a bad playoff game means he sucks and has to leave the team, but that isnt giving someone a pass.

Brunson played his all time best game that he's ever going to play. Congrats to Brunson! He shouldn't have been able to beat us by himself.
He didn’t. He got a lot of help from
kleber. Both those guys played well. Brunson was clearly the catalyst, because of his damn speed. But tip your hat to Kleber. Just because he’s wide open because Rudy had to crash down and help on Brunson to prevent a layup doesn’t mean Kleber is going to score.

Bogey seems to be the main offender when it comes to the poor rotations. Dude is just very slow to recognize what's going on and by the time he reacts, it's way too late for a guy with his footspeed to get in the play.

We play a zero help scheme outside of Gobert. With any other team in the NBA, Bogey is rotating and then the next guy is rotating to cover him. But the Jazz are trained to play one way and one way only. Once we get burnt off the dribble, it's Rudy moving over to help while everyone else stays home and quits on the play. The off ball defense is just as bad as the on ball defense. There are no rotation or help concepts outside of Rudy....it's incredible that after years and years of embarrassment Quin hasn't implemented any change. The Mavericks don't have the most amazing defensive talent, but they are at least playing as a team. Trapping the ball handler, rotating, defending 3 guys with 2 on the weakside etc. It's truly awful that Quin has not evolved as a coach. Equally as embarrassing that the FO did nothing to address this issue outside of getting lucky with House.

What adjustment can we make?!

This isn’t a coaching issue, it’s a personnel issue.
So we should just keep on doing what we're doing and just go down in flames like we normally do? ****, try SOMETHING differently...I thought we brought Rudy Gay onboard to deal with this small ball ********. He didn't play a single minute in this series, wtf.

No, I would say your point doesnt stand.

There is no talent issue on Utah. It's just how everything fits together. The weaknesses overlap too much has I've said.
Is Conley better than Dame? Trae Young? Luka? Harden? Curry? CP3? Jrue? Morant? Kyrie? Garland? Vanvleet? Lowry? D. Murray? J. Murray? D.Russell? Lamelo Ball? SGA? Fox? Haliburton? Brogdon?

There are well over 15 PGs better than Conley in this league so YES, we have a talent issue. Our starters outside of Don and Rudy are simply not good enough to compete with opposition players in the same position.

Should I make a list for Bogey and Royce too?

This team goes into **** mode ever since we lost our secondary playmaker Jingles, you know why that's the case?

Cuz our primary playmaker/starting PG isn't up for the job.
