We only need 9 more games to break the franchise win streak. We need that. I need that. Been waiting a long time for that. Those first 9 all look winnable. If there’s ever a chance to break that streak, it’s now.
The first one who caught it! Nice!I've read this thread since it was posted, but for whatever reason when I read the title this time, I was thinking about Kosta Koufos.
Suffered our first loss of the month. OP updated.
Let's pray we don't lose our first back to back games now. Next one will be a real test.
The good news is it continues to be historic nights from the teams to beat us. Punching way above their weight to do so.
Gotta get this next one.
GO JAZZ!!
This team has a historically good record of winning by double digits this season. They just destroyed Orlando by 40 another night. So saying that they need to learn not to play down to the competition is unfair. They laid an egg against Dallas but that happens. My hope is that the Jazz realize the importance of this game (Suns) and respond accordingly.
Biggest lesson they need to learn as a team is the ability to play as the best team every night and not down to competition.

This. I highly doubt that Ingles, for example, would tell you that he left it all on the court the other night in Dallas. His effort was very low for his recent play. At least Donovan was playing hard, as were some others, even if they couldn't hit a fat guy on a couch with a twinkie from 3 paces all night. Yes we laid a huge goose egg in Dallas and still had a chance to win, that is going to happen. But it will happen more frequently when key players seemingly take the night off. It's not unfair. Some of the players have even admitted to not getting up for games. If we want to be champions, the bar is set to bring it day in and day out.
