I actually think their clam chowder is pretty decent, so you made a good choice imo.

The Bayou isn't bad. For being land locked, the seafood here in Utah isn't that bad. Most places fly in fish at least twice a week.

Living on the Gulf Coast for most of my life makes it pretty much impossible for me to enjoy seafood anywhere that isn't able to get affordable fresh daily catch on the regular.

Best salmon come from Russia not Alaska. We have much respect for much taste pink meat. We do not farm destroy the fish holidays like dirty American capitalist laid waste to environment. We protect for those only catch with two own hand. This is best way for mother Gia.
