I think he goes into the offseason and kills it in the weight room. He comes back with an even better physique next year. He works even harder on his game. Forces Ty to start him, and its no looking back from there. I predict he averages 20 and 13 next year.

Better explosiveness would make him a HOF instead of a good or very good player.

I think he has Star potential. In order to make the next step to the Superstar level, his explosiveness might hinder him. Add his good but not great length, too.

Anyway, you can't have the whole package. Those kind of players come a long every 5-10 years.

I think he can become a top 3 Center in this league. He already is a double double guy if he got 30 minutes per game. He is still very young.

Yeah, I could just be being nit picky at this point. I still think he has quite a bit to learn, but I'll be damned if I wasn't just super impressed with his foot work and his natural ability on Friday.

If he was allowed to play more than 20 minutes per game, he would actually be putting up great numbers. You don't understand how this works. He perfectly capable of doing it. So I actually predicted this right. 20 and 13 is a very easy stat line for him. I can't help what the coaches decided to do. He was maxed out. He can obviously do more than you are giving him credit for.

Not that I'm taking back what I said, because even as much as I hate Kanter and what a total bitch he is, his offensive game is very good. But I must have been completely blind to the unprecedented horridness that is his defense. Which is why he'll never be an all star. He gets his numbers on a stacked team but doesn't get many minutes because he's a total 3rd trimester abortion on defense.
