That phone call between Walt and Flynn was the best part of last episode:

"Why aren't you dead yet!" Just great writing and acting on RJ Mitte's part. That had to be the last straw for Walt. He is going to go Rambo First blood next episode. Todd better get it good.

Could be. My thought was that Felina (Feleena) refers to the song "El Paso", where the song's narrator rides into town with guns blazing to get the love of his life. I have also been told that it could be a play on the periodic tables, Fe (Iron), Li (Lithium), and Na (Sodium). At this point, I'm just eagerly waiting for Sunday night.
