If there's some 13 year old out there who can fly under the radar for another five years this pick could turn out to be golden.
The Jazz are fairly "adept" at finding late round nuggets, so this doesn't bother me.

Do teams ever really put protection on second round picks?I thought he would end up being traded for a highly protected 2nd round pick, but this is the next closest thing lol, a second round pick 5 years down the line. Props to DL for pulling this off.

With as many outstanding picks as we have,we may have asked for it that far out. Also that is a tradeable asset for a long time. I like it.
Thought DL should have waited until after FA to make a deal. Burke value would have increased to a team that completely missed out on players.
And not play defense. Not a hit on Burke, but I'm agreeing it's a good fit.Great trade for Burke! The Wizards' offense is geared towards the guards scoring most of the points, so Burke might be able to do the one thing that really seems natural to him: look for his one shot.
