It absolutely does matter. If Wyoming's defense didn't force him into throwing them, or didn't cause them, then it doesn't matter if BYU's defense is as good or better.Doesn't matter. He still threw 3 picks. There's no way in hell to know if he "got careless" or if he was forced into throwing them.
I guess if your point is, "Utah will be up by 30 points, so Wynn will likely get careless when he tries to hot dog some flashy passes," then the Wyoming game would be a good comparison.
If you are saying BYU will "force" some turnovers, the Wyoming game is not the game to look at. They didn't "force" any turnovers. Utah was blowing them out and Wynn started attempting throws he normally wouldn't.
Wynn does have his share of "forced" turnovers this year, I'm not denying that. I'm just saying Wyoming wasn't the team forcing them.
And again, BYU is certainly no TCU so I don't think turnovers will be a problem for Utah.
