Clippers offering Bledsoe, Butler to Celtics for Garnett

Alright, then why not play Bledsoe while Rondo is out - don't know his time frame for coming back anyway - by that time Bledsoe's stock should rise far enough that you can trade him for a better asset. Or if he turns out to be a stud, then trade Rondo when he comes back. Should be able to get a couple of decent players on rookie contract for Rondo AT LEAST.

That is the trade I would pursue for Garnett if I was Celtics.

Thunder throw in the Raptors 1st round pick.

Celtics get a huge talent in Jones and a lottery pick.

Thunder get Garnett, who would make them scary as **** come playoff time. They also get rid of Perkins contract.

He is still one of the better PF's in the league come playoff time. If a contender gets him, he would be a huge boost for any team. I think if the Clippers got him, they would be favorites in the West.

Without shooters around him (Allen) can Rondo be as effective?

Not so sure reloading around Rondo is there MO going forward.
