Quick glance at those stats and I think it also shows a bit of improvement for Collier from last summer league to this one (other than the horrible free thow % this year)
If im being honest shooting well was always easy for me. I never had to think about it and never struggled with shooting. That was my main skill (and ball handling). I didn't shoot airballs. Just didn't ever happen.
Im guessing you also never shot from the 3pt line in a NBA game where you were exerting a ton of energy either.
Of course not. I have watched cody shoot in an empty gym though. It was not pretty. I have shot in empty gyms. It was beautiful.
The coaches have been tinkering with his shot. He's been shooting differently as a pro than he did before. You can see it in the highlight packages above.

Good god I would hope so. I appreciate you comparing my shooting to an nba player though. Thanks. Anywho, shooting has always been easy for me. I have played with many players in rec games, high school bball games, pickup games, church games, college players, and even an nba player once (Ronnie Price, though his shot was money) etc who had inconsistent shots like cody does at times but I never had those issues regardless of the scenario I was in while shooting. My shooting was much more consistent than the dudes I was playing against. Just like some nba players have really consistent shots vs their peers who have inconsistent shots.
And what about after warming up with dancers? Was your 3P% always 100%?

It was pretty funny. I was young and attractive back then and had a decent amount of swagger and confidence and I was feeling good about the fact that I was about to make some decent money so I was back there showing off my ball handling skills and hitting on the dancers at the same time. 2 different times they started bringing the ball racks out onto the court and I was headed out and then the buzzer would sound and the refs would be getting the ball to the inbound position and I get ushered off. I was pissed. They ended up giving me 200 bucks and tickets to the next playoff game which was a decent consolation but I bet I would have made like 6 or 7 out of 15 (probably would have made 10 of 15 if there was no crowd/pressure) and made some real nice money.
