I Just listened to the Bill Simmons Zach Lowe Podcast. with about 8 or 9 minutes left in the podcast, Zach Lowe tells Bill Simmons "Breaking News, but you don't want to hear it" and then Bill Simmons says, "Oh god, did we lose the coin flip?! hahaha. Bill Simmons went off and on for the next 7 minutes about how pissed he is. He even said the whole thing is rigged and that The bucks will get the #1 pick as a gift to their new ownership, Utah will get Number 2 so we can get Jabari, and the Lakers will get #3 so they can get Exum. Funny stuff.

Well, technically, Boston actually had a better overall record than when did anyway, going by NBA Playoff Tiebreakers. Neither one of us were a division winner. We split the season series at 1-1. We aren't in the same division, so the next tie-breaker would be conference record. Boston had a much better conference record than we did, so, they technically had a better season than we did. It is just Karmic justice that we won the tie-breaker over them. The stars aligned. Hopefully they will align again on May 20th and we will get into the top 2 picks, guaranteeing us either Wiggins or Parker.

@chadfordinsider: NBA just did tiebreakers for draft. Utah (25-57) won a tiebreaker with Boston.

I'll believe it when I see proof. I still remember the coin flip from two years ago, and thinking we got the 8th pick only to realize later that GS won it. Pissed for weeks!

Now we, along with Boston, have a 51% chance of picking 5th or 6th, a 37% chance of picking in the top 3, a 10% chance of picking 4th, and a 1.2% chance of picking 7th. Is this right?
