Now we, along with Boston, have a 51% chance of picking 5th or 6th, a 37% chance of picking in the top 3, a 10% chance of picking 4th, and a 1.2% chance of picking 7th. Is this right?

No. The correct probabilities are posted several times in this thread.

I forgot the coin flip would be so soon, let a lone today I am WAY excited, however (yes I know the past shouldn't calculate into what will happen this time) the last time the Jazz had the 4th pick they got the wh6t pick?

Maybe that means they'll move up this time?

Seriously as though as long as LAL or BOS doesn't get a top 3 pick I'll be content and if possible PHI drops out of the top 3 for blatantly tanking that would also make me happy.

yeah the syntax looks pretty similar to python. My prof's recommended i learn to use matlab, i defiantly never touched it, and regret it now looking back.

I've heard some good things about Octave, a free Matlab clone, so if you are still interested in learning Matlab that might be the way to go. (I've only used Matlab myself, though, not Octave.)

I know it's random, but I have friends who go to Vegas and always seem to come home with some money from the slots every trip. I, on the other hand, seldom win at any game of chance. Call it random, but like the song, "some guys have all the luck."
