College Basketball 16-17

lol

Hey, you should catch the replay of UK last night starting with about 15:00 to go in 2nd half down to about 8:00. (iirc)

Monk was exciting as hell.

I fell asleep watching that game and awoke to a shocking comeback LOL, UL looked like a well oiled machine when I dozed off. Dickie V said he did the same thing in the Florida game last night.

I had the 2nd half on. Was more focused on the Jazz game tho. I posted the Monk highlights in the draftees thread.

I was equally excited by this. He's now up to 50% from 3 on 4.3 attempts per

Peter Jok has 24 (on 8/11) and counting in the 1st half for Iowa and Dedric Lawson has 21 (9/13)!! 54-51 Memphis.

Jok finished with 42 on just 16 attempts. Lawson with 35 and 11 and the W.

solid games today.

Iowa St. vs Gonzaga(-4)
New Mexico vs Dayton(-4½)
Miami vs Florida(-3)
Stanford vs Seton Hall(-4)
Texas A&M @ UCLA(-3½)

The Michael Ojo show to start this FSU-Minnesota game. I hope Utah drafts him on the D-League squad, he was a spectacle for a few years but now he's a basketball player, I can't imagine there's a stronger player in the nation. His first step is really slow though.

This UK squad plays with so much hustle it's a beautiful thing. Best UK squad in that aspect since the Davis/MKG Championship year.

Brad Calipari sighting. Dude squares up from 3 with the best of them. Seriously though, he's always in now when I turn to a Kentucky game. Who knows how good Arizona State is, but that beatdown is still shocking.

Hurley might not last very long at ASU. Maybe if they suck enough, his dad will finally stop coaching high school ball in Jersey City and jump on his coaching staff to help get them jump started. That would be awesome.

Fox with Kentucky's only second triple double, ever. Last time was Chris Mills in 1988.
