Conley Benched

I re-listened to Tony’s interview. I do feel like it was Zanick and Lyndsey that got involved and made it change after Quin had made a decision. Exum is a prime example of where the FO and Quin were not on the same page. I think they weren’t on this. Quin and his staff made one decision and the FO changed it. Hard to know for sure obviously. The FO probably isn’t okay with benching a guy making $30 million and they gave up so much for.
My hunch as to some of the drama surrounding the Jazz involves the Exum trade. It's no closely guarded secret that Joe and Ex were close. When he was medically cleared, Dante just sat on the bench. He barely got garbage time minutes and Quin and Locke would scream to the masses either he's just not ready or we don't want him embarrassed. Then the trade happens and we have Ex traded for Clarkson and essentially Green for Tucker. Now we have a couple of more chemistry issues. Green was close to Spida and Conley. Not long thereafter Dante has his 28 point game. Joe now realizes that Quin and management are abject liars and that he might be next. The perfect brew was starting to ferment.

Why is everyone so negative on Conley? Before his rest games he was starting to get a good flow. Y'all need to stop being impatient babies. It's the regular season. This is the time to work out kinks and get through the funk

So is Quin an impatient baby because he was clearly ready for an adjustment until other heads got involved.

Conley being benched and then having his agent force Snyder to put him back in the starting lineup feels like a new phase in our implosion. This really does feel like the beginning of the end of the Gobert/Mitchell era. This team has maxed out and the chemistry is quickly going bad. Who’s leading this team? Snyder? Some self-absorbed star from Memphis? We are rudderless. Feels like this team is fracturing fast and it’s only a matter of time before one of our all stars demands a trade to a larger market that offers more stability. My money is on Rudy.

The Conley trade will go down as the worst move this franchise has ever made. He’s been toxic beyond my wildest dreams.

good flow? What does that even mean? Has he put allstar numbers for longer than a few games this year? What the **** are we paying him $30+ million for?

Yeah, I don't buy it. Shams and Tony Jones were the first to report both decisions and they're two of the best in the business.
Right, but they’re getting info from someone very close to the organization. It’s a weird day.

My son plays a lot of baseball... they are getting pretty competitive now to the point that not every kid that signs up plays a lot... One mom whined to the other parents and coach that her son hadn't been allowed to pitch this year... he was terrible and weak, looked like he could barely hold the bat. Coach said okay... you want your kid to pitch and threw him out there. When he wasn't walking kids he was getting shelled... we went down 8-0 and he hadn't even gotten an out recorded... his mom was in tears in the stands. We lost that game 8-7...

So just run every play for Mike tonight... see how it works out.

lmfao.
I don’t buy it at all.
Let me guess it was Kevin Durant’s burner account.

I'm not sure that guy understands the whole story... that's a dumb theory if he actually followed the whole story and how it came down. Also, not how you test a leak... dumb AF
