Actually, it's two different concepts (workplace safety and immigrant handling), that you are confusing.

There are zero regulations for illegals crossing the border. Do they have to be vaccinated? No. Do they have to be tested weekly? No. They are literally being released and even flown into our cities infected with covid and unvaccinated.

I support mandatory vaccinations or testing for them. However, that's up to the states, right now.

There has to be a ruling one way or the other by the SC. If it is stuck down I win. If it is kept in place you win. If the order gets rewritten, dropped, or unenforced then neither of us win.
