I think it has more to do with the intel briefings he got outlining what was likely to happen in a few weeks.How is that insider trading? Having public knowledge that the virus is headed this way is hardly insider trading. He’s a scumbag for sure though.

My understanding of the STOCK act is that it prohibits members of congress from trading on nonpublic info. Not necessarily insider info about specific companies.inhave no idea tbh but I’m still not sure that qualifies. He’s not selling based on inside info on the companies.
So lots of sick people in the USA are being denied tests. But NBA players with no symptoms are all being tested.
That's lame. If we're running short on tests save it for people it matters for.
