The Brooklyn Nets have made Deron Williams, Brook Lopez and Joe Johnson available via trade, according to ESPN.com ...

Would you take either or anyone from the NETS? Brook Lopez for Kanter?

I don't think I would.

Good question though

Yes, give me D-Will please.

Dwill please. Give them Burke, Kanter, and a future draft pick.

Gosh we could get boozer from LAL cheap and then Mathews, Milsap and Boom B. Are all FA this offseason!!!!

Fire, DOL bring back Scotty Layden. send Quin packing and give Ol' Jerry the keys. Watch out west, here we come!

In all seriousness, the artist formerly known as Dwill is not the player he once was. That's a lot of salary, a lot of baggage, and a lot of ego for a broken down body.

Plus, The system that made Dwill is gone.

Still it would make life interesting watching Dwill pout and chuck balls at his teammates.

Think of his intro press conference, a bunch of kids could line up and Sing "I'm so glad when Dwill comes home, glad as I can be."

Would the presser be called the homecoming? Or do they do that anymore?

Ehh, he is shooting a career best from deep. He has better pick n' roll option here with Favors and a wing player who can do stuff besides isolate on the block.

His contract is also expiring the same year that we would need to re-sign Gobert, if that becomes a priority. Not sure who else would sign besides Dwill. He isn't as good as he use to be, but he can still hold his own vs. the top PG's in the game.

Almost 0% chance we get him though.

No to Joe Johnson, Deron Williams and AK, but maybe to Brook Lopez, that is an intriguing idea. His contract is a bit much though.

His 19 million has a 15% trade kicker. Expect him to land in LAL.

If AK would accept a very limited bench role, maybe. He hasn't been playing much anyway, but the guy is too injury prone. I guess it would be kind of a warm fuzzy to bring him back here for his last couple years, knowing he likes it here so much. But really, I think no.

DWill....is he any better than Burke, especially with his age/injury history? I don't know the answer to that. He's a better shooter, IIRC, but is it worth the probable baggage? He could mentor the young guys maybe, but he's probably not willing to accept an "old man mentor" role at this point.

What's the Sixers trying to do????

Only one real trade in the works for Brooklyn: Once more, Nets-76ers trying to complete an Andrei Kirilenko deal, league sources tell Yahoo.

To unload Kirilenko, Nets would include second-rounder, sources tell Yahoo. Philly would waive Kirilenko. Teams still discussing details.

Honestly, I'd trade Burke, Kanter, Evans, Novak, Toure & a 2nd for D-Will, Ak, & 3 Million cash. Brooklyn could get out of luxury tax or save a ton of money! Dwill with this group would be fun to watch! Plus, add a few solid vets.

williams, Burks, Hayward, Favors, Gobert
Exum, Hood, Ak, Booker

I love it! Plus, long term, I don't think Burke/Kanter will be here long term.
