Sounds like he's out until training camp. "The treatment of partial patellar tendon tear is immobilization in full knee extension for 3 to 6 weeks in a cylinder cast. For partial patellar tendon tear maintenance of patellar height, cast or brace immobilization in full extension for 6 weeks followed by a therapy program to regain motion and strength may be appropriate. Progress must be slow to allow for tendon-to-bone healing. Strengthening exercises should be delayed for at least 3 months. You should go for the conservative treatment as surgical repair is done for complete ruptures. "

What sucks it is his right knee not the left where they took graft from patella tendon to repair ACL. Now in case he has ACL tear in right knee they will not use that tendon for graft with history like that.

This. In spades. How do people keep acting like this is a thing? Moving any assets for love would be the biggest mistake we could make. Might as well sell the franchise at that point.

The timing on this Dante injury is just as bad as his timing on the first knee injury... that one screwed so much **** up.

There are too many teams that need a dedicated 3pt specialist to ONLY demand 3-4M a year

This season has just been star crossed. I'm wondering if they ought to tank and let the Kings be the last playoff team to get a better draft pick.

I would much rather try for the second round than tank and get the 13th pick

Not to mention this draft class isn't all that great.

Just use all Jazz assets to acquire Denver's pick . It is the only way.

Not a lot of difference between 14 and 20ish in this draft imo. I haven't looked much.

Would Brooklyn take the Jazz first and Dante for the Denver pick?

    All the problems solved.

No doubt. I just feel like long-time vets at this age sometimes give a discount to go after a ring.

Doubt it. They need to re-up Russell don’t they? And they already have him, Dinwiddie, Levert, Harris, Crabbe...a bunch of 1-3’s.

Teams that might have some interest in Dante... Atlanta, Phoenix, Memphis? (maybe delon reduces their current interest), Detroit, Chicago, Hornets (if they lose Kemba and rebuild).

Not saying all or any would... but just a maybe at this point.

I think Orlando might be another one who could have interest as well.
