Clarkson 26 shots and Markkanen 10. That just can't happen.

One issue is Markkanen didn’t seem to be able to get to his spot to save his life, it was like he couldn’t do ****.

I actually thought the Jazz defense was really good for the last 3 quarters.

Felt like Portland made a lot of very tough contested shots in the 2nd quarter, but other than that their offense really struggled after Q1.

Wild game. The refs were all over the place in this one. Simons draws a foul by running into JC, Lauri does the same with Nurkic but no call. The Jazz had too many iso drives and too little controlled passing in this this game. We can win games this way too, but not as many as with a PG who can run the offense.

We come out stronger from this game. Four of our next five are at home and our next game is Wednesday at home. Warriors, Nuggets, Pelicans, Timberwolves, Pelicans, Bucks coming up.

I don't understand how NAW goes from playing really well to immediately getting DNP's. The more I see from Hardy the more he seems like an idiot.

Oh and there was a challenge that Hardy should have used early in the game. The refs called the ball out on the jazz and it was very clearly off nurkic on the replay. It was guaranteed to be overturned. Anytime at any point in the game if you see a call that is guaranteed to be overturned and the overturn wont result in a jump ball but instead gives your team possession out right, you have to use the challenge. Dont save them.

I have no idea what Lauri was doing. Then Clarkson playing stupid defense on Simons.

Lauri was waiting for KO to get back on offense. Maybe someone else should have been dribbling or something but I understand not wanting to go 4 on 5 on offense in a crucial possession. Hardy should have called timeout.

Kessler leads all rookies in win shares.

Giving Kessler a ton of minutes helped us win the last two games. Tonight he only got 17.

And played great again tonight. Unfortunately he was out there with tht and beasley a lot and neither one could make a shot. (they were 2-13 combined and THT went 0-2 from the line to boot)
