I'm probably wrong here but it's my understanding that you get a green bar for every x amount of pos reps. If it's one per 50 pos reps and you have 186 pos reps, you'd have 3 green bars. However, your rep power may be based on a combination of other factors like how many neg reps you have (in correlation to how many pos reps you have?) and how many pos or neg reps you've handed out. Or some **** like that. Basiccally you need to work at ****ing NASA to really know what the ****'s going on.

Incorrect -- as far as I know the green squares are representing your total rep (which includes positive as well as negative reps)
