I believe Millsap played in all 82 games as a rookie.
All this argument over minutes also assumes all players will play in all 82 games. That ain't gonna happen. Few players play in all 82. And most teams have 1-2 guys go down with significant injuries. Jazz can't count on Okur for any minutes. Kanter is extremely raw, as is Favors.
I'd say it's realistic to expect Jefferson to play 34 and Millsap to get 30. Let's say Favors gets 25. That leaves 7 mins for Kanter. Give him more by sliding Millsap to PF for 8 mins/per. If Okur can contribute, that's a bonus. But since it's his last season under contract, I wouldn't give him PT over anyone else. Use him if Favors or Kanter get into foul trouble. Use him if as the other bigs miss games with injuries. I'd even cut starter minutes on back-to-backs. There are ways to deal with a crowded situation for one season until the rotation sorts itself out.
