Stupid reply. Our current form of capitalism is absolutely socialism for the rich. Your pompous reply just exposes your ignorance.
Our current form of capitalism is capitalism, and our current form of government is socialism for the military industrial complex and health care industries, not “the rich”. When including state taxes, the United States has the #1 most progressive tax structure among OECD nations. Our rich pay a greater share of the government’s revenue than do the rich in any other OECD nation. Our rich also receive very little back in direct benefits from the government. What you think you know is wrong.

If there is a fault in our system, it is that it has been getting increasingly rigid in terms of class. It used to be easier for poor people to become rich and for rich people to become poor. This decrease in social mobility correlates with making the tax burden more progressive, or that is to say making the rich pay more in taxes while giving tax breaks to the poor.

In practice, the nations with the highest amount of social mobility are those who have a more flat tax where the poor get soaked but the government directs most of their benefits to the poor. The poor pay a lot but they get back even more while the rich pay less of a share than in the US but get back little or nothing.

The United States, when including state taxes, has the highest aggregate tax burden but instead of providing benefits to our poor, we direct a disproportionate amount to defense spending and health care which is used to keep the world safe. Our military supremacy has been the reason for PAX Americana which has kept the world without a nuclear war. Our healthcare spending creates all the medicines and machines other countries use in their socialized systems. The world is better for the Unites States being as it is it even if our poor are getting a shorter end of the deal than they otherwise would.

Warren Buffet disagrees.

Warren Buffett, the man of modest living who leads one of the most successful investment firms in history, says the American People would no longer have to pay taxes, if the top companies would simply pay their fair share.

No he doesn't. What I wrote isn't arguable because the data is the data.

Warren Buffet is making a different point which clearly went over your head and you've twisted his statement into something you think supports your world view. Warren Buffet is bragging over how big Berkshire-Hathaway is and how virtuous a person he is. What he said was: "Berkshire-Hathaway pays a 21% tax rate, sending about 5-billion dollars to the federal government last year. If 800 other companies had done the same thing, no other person in the United States would have had to pay a dime of federal taxes, whether income taxes, no social security taxes, no estate taxes."

Berkshire-Hathaway is the 6th largest company in the world in terms of revenue. There aren't 800 other companies like Berkshire-Hathaway in America. There aren't 800 other companies like Berkshire-Hathaway in the world. There aren't 10 other companies like Berkshire-Hathaway in the world. Warren Buffet is bragging at how much money he pays in taxes. Elon Musk also bragged not too long ago about how much he pays in taxes. Billionaires bragging about the billions they pay in taxes to the US government doesn't support your idea of 'socialism for capitalism, man'.

I believe you are thinking of Judge Aileen Cannon in Florida overseeing the classified documents case. The Georgia case is a different kind of crazy but the issue there so far doesn't seem to include the judge. The District Attorney bringing the Georgia case is Fani Willis who was having an affair with someone named Nathan Wade who happened to be a lawyer. She hired Nathan Wade to lead the State's prosecution despite having never prosecuted any case ever, and he started charging crazy amounts of money which Fani Willis approved. Then the two would go on expensive vacations together which Nathan Wade would pay for using all the money he was getting. There are days where Nathan Wade would bill 24 hours of legal work and Fani would approve it. The judge in the case stopped that arrangement.

Oh yeah, for sure we should focus on that instead of Trump trying to pressure the Georgia Secretary of State to throw the election. You're a piece of work.

Always distract and find blame everywhere that isn't trump.
Always remember that trump is the victim in every situation

The Rapist trying to get Trumptard nation to attack the Capitol/kill fellow Americans again.

On the possibility of going to prison:

"I don’t know that the public would stand it. You know, I don’t — I’m not sure the public would stand for it,” Trump said. “I think it would be tough for the public to take. You know, at a certain point, there’s a breaking point.”

60 Minutes on 6/2 had a good piece on Trump’s fake elector scheme to steal the 2020 election. This trumps Fani’s love life, and all other desperate pleas from Trumpsters.

Wow. Stop the steal indeed.

This is the case that Donald needs to be tried for way more than any of the others. The evidence is overwhelming. It's no wonder trumps supreme Court is trying to delay the trial.

“Donald Trump is now a felon,His campaign chairman was a felon. So is his deputy campaign manager, his personal lawyer, his chief strategist, his national security adviser, his trade advisor, his foreign policy advisor … they’re all felons.” “If everybody in your social circle is a felon, I don’t think it’s ‘rigged,’ I don’t think the world’s against you. And to get people to agree on anything, 34 counts? Zero for 34? That’s a batting slump even the New York Mets could be impressed with.”

- Colin Cowherd

(The list of Trump’s former team members who’ve been convicted of a crime is expansive. Among them: Trump’s former campaign chairman, Paul Manafort, and former campaign vice chairman, Rick Gates; his former fixer, Michael Cohen; his former chief strategist, Steve Bannon; his former national security advisor, Michael Flynn; his former trade advisor, Peter Navarro; and his former foreign policy adviser, George Papadopoulos.)

All the best people
