Yes, it very well could have been Mitchell giving it to Gobert. Just because one got tested first doesn't mean they had it first.
Even though most people have an incubation period that's short there have been people with it for 30+ days before showing symptoms. There's lots of options here.

I think you’ve missed my point as I wasn’t emphasizing that it’s an acronym. But, in any case, it’s the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act. Meaning that it applies to many scenarios with insurance, and isn’t an umbrella cover for all privacy. Yes, it encompasses most scenarios. But not all. I don’t know the logistics of how the testing happened, but by all accounts the team/league administered the test.

Healthcare attorney here — the HIPAA privacy rule applies to non-exempt disclosures of PHI (protected health information) by covered entities (hospitals, physician practices, etc.). It is not a blanket protection of medical privacy.

Just saw Woj on Sports Center with Scot Van Pelt, said the Jazz are fortunate they don't have to come back together right now and start playing games again because things are not good between Donovan and Rudy. Also said there is a lot of frustration from members of the Jazz locker room towards Gobert and that the Jazz are going to have to rely on the leadership of Quin, DL and Zanik to try and repair relationships and get this team back on track.
This was just the breaking point. This was true before I think.
Yeah, I think things have been brewing for a while, specifically between Rudy and Donovan.

Honestly , I don’t think things have been good between Don and Rudy for a while now .
Jazz need to make this work ... No way you could trade Rudy for at least 6 months till this blows over ..
Right now , Rudy is being seen as the reason why the NBA has been shut down by the fickle , uneducated fan ...
The asterisk wasn’t to inform you that it was an acronym. I assumed you knew it was an acronym. It was correcting HIPPA to HIPAA. As the rest of the post indicates, I wasn’t doing that to be a dick.
