Election Count Issues

Still waiting on this proof that Trump's lawyer said was coming in like it was coming out of a firehose.

Pretty sure that hose will not be re-routed to you.

You're the guy who thinks Machiavelli is a good old Joe, who sees political manipulation of the ********people as a moral good. You don't care about facts.

There are a lot of people who have stopped caring to ignore the facts you won't see.

This is a civil case, and there are in some places judges who are part of the problem, maybe even the Supreme Court. It takes a lot of work to gather the kind of evidence and get it to the right place, and time is short. And if there is no court that will care to do the job, I don't think Trump cares to get it out there. The best use of the evidence then is in prosecutions of the people who have done wrong. One by one.

I think over a thousand people were convicted in the past two years of crimes of this sort, nationwide. And I think the right stat here is that 0.0001% of the actual crimes are prosecuted.

I think Tom Fitton will be getting a lot of donations to help in that work, and maybe there will be 10,000 convictions for this year.

I hope Sydney Powell adequately prosecuted the Dominion voting issues and gets such machines discredited and maybe a better computer system with no vulnerabilities for misuse brought to the market. At any rate, the politicians who signed on with Dominion and got kickbacks should be prosecuted.

I think the Left has lost credibility over a lot of things, and it will be dying on the vine in the coming era.

I have already explained to you how to estimate an "overvote" where the votes counted exceed the eligible voters. I have done those calculations for a number of areas in California for 2016. This year, due to public scrutiny, the vote claimed was 67% of registered voters, not 76% as in 2016. Looks to me like Tom Fitton's lawsuits got some attention, got some voter rolls cleaned up a bit, and made election official a little more modest about the fake vote efforts.

This year, in Pennsylvania, there were claims of 90% registration, and actual votes tabulated that exceeded the number of registered voters by 150,000.
The official stat on voter turnout was 73%, but there are only 8,600,000 eligible voters in PA, and they "registered" 8.1M, or 95% "resistration". The SOS claimed only 90% and reported that with a stat out of 9.25 "eligible voters", a clearly inflated stat. I'll be looking at those stats more closely. Never can be too sure they won't just morph on the records to something else overnight. I stop short of believing my own calculations when I have to use numbers out on the webz. But lets just say that the PA secretary of State and the US Census aren't on the same page. And it looks like there could be 300,000 to 650,000 "fake votes" tabulated.

I don't think the issues there will be resolved quickly, but I do believe some folks will be going to jail.

That's great! This is the kind of thing that's useful to bring up in conversation. I've been a bit down recently in many conversations where good people believe there has been massive fraud. I don't respond with much because it would start a no good fight or at minimum relationship contention. Knowing how the results in GA were audited would be good info that's harmless IMO as proof on the other side of the discussion.

I mean, we could talk about how bith sides watch the voting and wouldn't stand for corruption, but that doesn't seem to resonate for some reason.
Not all voting machines are the same. As I understand it, some systems allow a voter to later observe how that ballot was counted. Quite a few of the complaints are from people who did that and saw that their vote wasn't counted right.

I think most systems do generate a paper ballot the officials can count, but there's no reason to believe they would then count different from the machine. The charge in some instances is that the machine "flipped" some votes, or that it is or can be programmed to do some flipping for paying candidates. The paper ballots printed by the machines will give no clue that that happened. Well, unless there is no "downballot" to show how the voter voted on other races. The lack of other races getting votes is a clue that some races were flipped or made up.

Most of the issues center on paper ballots supposedly generated by the voter and gathered from the ballot boxes. In cases like that, it's possible for a ballot to be run through the machine more than once, or discarded wrongly. Then there's the fuss about signatures and IDs being checked..... not to mention fraudulent "registrations" or mailed out ballots being voted by officials somehow, or ballots filled out by officials not voters.

The Dems ran almost a hundred lawsuits against various states to try to loosen the rules to something that's easier to cheat with. That's a lot of money in the bucket for a result like this. Some invoke Cloward-Piven strategy notions to believe the effort to destabilize our country's instituions is purposeful, and that they also "want" more riots and crap, just like they "want" other institutions to be stressed to collapse. Pretty standard Marxist notions, really. Gotta burn down the old establishment and then you can stride through the wreckage and imagine you've made humans "good", and that they will now love you for your utopian zeal.

Any claim that there is no fraud in the ideological agenda wonks is essential a claim that you really want to be that stupid.

Where did these fake votes come from? Mail-in ballots. So, you're saying Republican election officials are intentionally counting fake ballots. Is that it? And you consider Powell credible when she alleges the election fraud to have been arranged by the late Venezuelan Hugo Chavez, whose current government the Trump Admin has been covertly attempting to overthrow? You really think that Venezuela despite that they probably would prefer Biden as President has the the wherewithal to fix an American election?

I had heard this on the mainstream news earlier today, and I broke it down about the same way this author did. Trump wants to focus on more concrete issues that will get quicker results he wants. Powell wants to reform the whole US Election system.

Both sides claim their interest is more to fix a broken system than to get a specific result, but who'd ever believe Trump doesn't want to just win.

A lot of legal cases yield to calculations like this.

I stopped at the second sentence because it is wrong.

I care about facts. I also care about nuance.

I'll talk about my feeling in regard to Machiavelli if you'd like. My take in simplified form is that I think modern interpretations get held up on the brutality and viciousness and because of that mischaracterize the basic facts underneath them that Machiavelli was unique in his willingness to express.

You can't take "The Prince" and put it into action today. In fact, you couldn't have used it then, when it was published (or I should say, sent to the new Prince). Machiavelli was already a washed up and discarded figure who wrote "The Prince" as a sort of nostalgic look back at his previous work that he romanticised.

As I always say when someone wants to talk about Machiavelli and "The Prince" is that it's a pamphlet that you want to look at the "is it better to be loved or feared" and completely ignore that MUCH more of it was dedicated to the burning question of whether to use mercenaries or not. I'd guess a lot of people and a lot of college level courses that discuss it do not dive into the question of mercenaries and auxiliary troops much, while they beat to death the parts where he says that if you overthrow a regime you must kill every member of the previous ruling family and all their most prominent supporters. It's a lot more fun to talk about, but all that exciting stuff is about 25% of the pamphlet. Most people fail to understand the point, besides. It's better not to back yourself into a corner where you have to kill an entire family line. If you've found yourself at that point you've done a very very bad job of listening to what Machiavelli said in the other 75% of his guide.

If “concrete” is what they’ve been serving so far....

You’re screwed.

LMAO, that following right behind babe's fawning praise of her in the post just above it is just about perfect.

I'd be more inclined to believe there are multiple methods to do election fraud, and that none has been unused.

So the Clinton Foundation has connections to the corporation that is Dominion. There is also a British Lord ******** who is on the board, and the corporation is registered in Canada with offices in Toronto.

I think anyone who believes the Venezuelans created this on their own is missing the point. Powell claims China contributed to the development and paid to promote its use in various countries. Powell also claims the FBI and CIA have ignored many competent complaints coming to them from both of our political parties, and she speculated that these fine flawless institutions of US Arrogance have promoted their use as well. So it's used by "both sides" if you care to believe the standard false narrative that we are not already a dedicated globalists' world with minor differences between governments.

Some have used the analog of Aztec wars with supposed "enemies" where the leaders of both sides gathered on a hilltop under some shade to watch the battle below, while they swilled wine and pinched young female rumps. The armies waxed and waned, each side took some prisoners to be used as slaves, and then marched off the field. Nobody needs to win. The Bigs all get a good life.

I'm pretty sure Xi found Trump to be a rude brute who just didn't understand the wonders of "emoluments of office" proffered by world class elites, and I'm pretty sure Xi helped Biden with every sort of influence he could manage.

I listened to Giuliani's remarks twice. I believe he knows how concrete is used. He's just a different sort of lawyer than Powell, he believes he can win by sticking to smaller issues. A lot of politicians really don't want the whole ball unwound like Powell wants.

I believe when you say "...pinched young female rumps..." what you meant to say is "grab them by the *****."

Did @babe really just call Sidney Powell reliable? lololol. Even Trump and Rudy are distancing themselves from her.
