While I'm normally happy for peado's to be killed in prison, in fact I'm generally in favour of it, however there is no way this one should have been allowed to kill himself. There is no circumstances where a high value prisoner like this should have been allowed to kill himself. The failings involved in that being able to happen are staggering, how many people were fired or charged over it? If a patient died in seclusion at any of the mental health facilities I've worked in, there will be a police investigation, coronial investigation, people will lose their jobs, their registrations and if systemic breaches occur, prison time.
