ESPN's top 74 all time rankings

I was very disappointed in how high current players are ranked. I think it is much better to rank players off of what they have done so far, not projecting into the future.
I can't believe how high Giannis was ranked. I don't think there is any way you can say he has earned a higher rank than Harden. Might be different if Giannis had a history of playoff success, but so far Harden has accomplished more there as well. If the NBA never came back, Harden would be a lock for the HOF, but Giannis wouldn't.
Also think Durant and Curry are a little high.

You’ll be very sad to know that a back-to-back MVP (he will/would’ve gotten it this year) with a top-7 PER all-time season will be a lock for the HOF.

When the NBA released their greatest 50 players list in 1996, Shaq was on it. He was 23 at the time.

Donovan Mitchell is 23 now. Lol

I agree on Kobe being overrated. But the media assessment of Kobe is light years more accurate than your assessment of Manu.
