Interesting... it sounds like Key is not the chosen one... yet. It sounds like Lauri will be sticking around. It sounds like we will pursue big trades but they may not happen.

I'm going to stick with my prediction that this could be a really interesting offseason but likely ends up a boring dud that frustrates people.

Keyonte isn’t an advantage creator as a lead guard. He can score, and he can move the ball some. I don’t want to use the term Dinwiddie, but Keyonte can benefit from someone else taking the lead guard role.

I wonder if Hardy will coach summer league so that he can bench Walker Kessler there too?

LOL has there ever been a player that played as much as Walker and makes their summer league debut in Year 3? I'm fine with it if he is but found it interesting.
One summer he plays for team USA and the next in the summer league. I have my doubts that he actually plays in the summer league with it being a terrible environment for defensive bigs.

I didn't take it that way. To me, he was just talking about the position and who else he can play with. He's still the golden boy until they stop treating him that way.
I mean Ochai was untouchable last offseason lol.

Yeah...but Ochai never really got golden boy treatment from the coach. He started playing once we gave up. I feel like that may have been more fan fueled than anything, and yet I still don't know it happened Ochai was always bad.

Key was playing time from the start and getting clear priority over guys like Sexton even when Sexton was cooking.

The quote goes on...

"Key is not Lisan Al Gaib... even if he was that isn't a good thing if you watch the end of the second movie and know what is ahead in the books. What I will say is Keyonte is untouchable for sure and I don't use that term lightly."

I think the big game we almost got was Dejounte Murray. Him and Keyonte would be a nice pairing with Murray the point and Key off the ball.

I thought that may have been reference to Holiday... maybe Zinger... maybe Dame (though I didn't see us reported to be in on that). I don't think it was in season but maybe its the thing Tony Jones was referring to on the pod. I think we ruled Murray out on that one cuz Tony said its not who you think... and Murray would have been the first guess for a lot of folks.

We used to live in this tiny town in Missouri of 17k people. Our landlord had told us that there was a company that may come in to town that would "change the face of [the town]." We later found out that he was referring to Dunkin Donuts. That's kinda how I'd view a Zinger trade.

Bro you telling me you ain't hitting up Dunkies a couple times a week if its on your commute path?

Zinger is Dunkies

Holiday is Chick fil a

Dame is Buccees.
