All the comments going on by people watching FIBA play is that he seems to get gassed very quickly. That is conditioning.
Well if their watching Fiba like they say then you can see Exum guard some fast quick players and stay with them. You''d see him running as hard as his team mates and the opposing teams players.Since it's exhibition games almost all the players are only playing 1/2 the game ....so their all running and playing hard in their time on the floor.
To me his position will most be affected by his conditioning. If it stays horrible most of the year I agree that he will be out of the top 5. If he comes to play in NBA shape and gets some burn then I say perhaps top 5 but he won't win. I say his ceiling is 3rd if everything goes right for him.

I wonder if these guys going on about his Exum's conditioning are even watching Aussie exhibition games leading up to the Fiba World Cup.He's running just as hard with his Aussie team mates and the opposing guys he's guarding. They've played him right around 20 minutes a game.Need to move on and get up to speed, SL was over a month ago.
The Jazz are going to be patient with Exum and he's no where ready for heavy minutes. He just turned 19 and we'll see if he can play more than three minutes before he grabs his shorts.
