Remember when this injury was the kiss of death and well worried about guys like Danny Manning?

At least we have reason to think that Exum will be back and healthy within a year.

Terrible news though.

Well let me say this... the injury to Wesley Matthews I think caused a chain reaction that led to Aldridge opting to leave POR... i.e., team starts to under perform, Aldridge moving on to greener pastures, Matthews jumping to DAL..etc.


Think about the Paul George injury... that Pacers team was knocking on heaven's door and then what? Now they've got to go young again and let West and Hibbert walk....


I'm just glad Hayward, Favors, and most of all Gobert are all still solidly healthy with no history of injuries.

Don't most ACL injuries take longer? At least before they are close to being 100% again. I remember Big Al missed that year when he was in Minnesota and then it seemed like it was another full year before he was back to 100% again. Maybe it's harder for big guys.

Obviously he means Dante's.
 
Hoping Exum can bulk up and work on his core as well as watch lots of video. This stinks for his development but I hope he can make the most of developing his body and mind.
