There actually isn’t any available real estate on Exum Island. They’re all time shares you get swindled into, you end up not going, and you’re on the hook for paying these massive maintenance fees. It sounded so good in theory when you went to the presentation and signed up. Less good in reality.
But I’m not talking about buying a time share. I’m talking about offering someone a marginal amount to take their week — no strings attached — and go appreciate what the island has to offer without any commitment or pressure.
yeah i'm the sucker that went to the "free seminar" and fell for it hook line and sinker. Despite the reality of it being not as advertised, i keep looking at the spectacular views on offer which is enough to maintain my fervour despite the reality of my bank account steadily dwindling away ...
