On twitter the poster @srelix3 made some of their own NBA team jerseys.

Well, this poster did a fan made purple mountain Jazz jersey that might be the greatest Jazz jersey of all time.

And I was never really a fan of the purple jerseys.

I’m not posting a pic because despite trying several time I kept getting error messages...

I recommend checking out. It can be found on the comments on a ricky Rubio post full of emojis about the Jazz jerseys being fire this season.

Couldn't you atleast post a link? I mean... I had to Google it and everything. You wasted like 10 seconds of my life by not posting a link!

I just think this design tries to shoehorn in the gradient into the mountain and those two things dont belong together. The gradient is cool cuz you get that striped effect throughout the whole jersey. When you insert the mountains it lessens the appeal of the gradient and the design of the mountains just dont look good IMO because they are trying to fit it into the color scheme.

The mountain jersey worked because it was kind of corny, and it was all out. The mountains popped and it had the 90's style in your face font that said "Jazz". Like, wtf do Jazz and mountains have to do with each other? Absolutely nothing so it gave it a sort of lovably ridiculous appeal that was key to all the 90's jerseys.

But for being a fan-made design it's respectable. I just don't think the mountains should be redesigned in any significant way. If you want to do a throwback to the mountains, just stick to the original as much as possible.
