Following potential 2013 draftees

yep .. no pure PG .. quick, great shooting, great passing guys out there (that are obvious) .. ANYWHERE, any age.

The 'next' is '14 Andrew Harrison and hopefully we won't be in the running for a top3 pick.

Not that Kabongo is an "elite" PG prospect, but he could definitely go in the lottery, and is a great passer and very quick...but his shot needs work. I have a good feeling about him, overall.

Kabongo can do it .. he needs better decision making and stop driving recklessly with no plan. Luckily, Rick Barnes has done nothing to develop players, so Myck can't be held as responsible as some others for a lack of improvement thus far.

OT: There is more talk of a 2-and-done rule being implemented by the NBA that would start on the '14 recruiting class. This has led Wiggins (no link, btw) to think of reclassifying to 2013.

This kid is NBA ready (maybe not to start, but 6th man ready .. and he still has 2 years of HS left. The thought of him having to play two more years of HS and then two additional years of college before being draftable is mind-boggling. Wouldn't blame him for reclassifying.

Rick Barnes has an unlimited recruiting budget and a crackerjack staff that recruits the **** out of the entire nation from CA to NYC. But damn, no coach in America has done less with more in the last 10 years than Rick has. The talent that has come through Austin is mind-boggling, and they've got one Final 4 to show for it? C'mon.

I really hope they don't change the rule. I like how it is now.

And yeah, Wiggins would be smart to reclassify. Parker and Wiggins in the same draft? Damn.
