Following potential 2013 draftees

Whoahh.... you??? Serious??? If it was anyone else I have have neg'd.

Didn't know you were that fond of me lol.

Bazz is a legit talent. A week or two ago I asked where everyone would take Favors and Kanter in this draft and I believe PKM's answer was:

1. Favors
2. Noel
3. Shabazz
4. Kanter

Doesn't necessarily mean Kanter would not surpass Shabazz in time though.

My thing is, a tough, skilled, big man like Kanter who can score inside & outside, with solid defensive skills, is just so hard to come by that you don't give up.

I'm actually surprised PKM put Noel in front of Kanter....

I LOVE Kanter, and always have (unlike some on here). Just to be clear. He's the type of guy that could compete with Love and Dwight for rebounding titles every year when given the minutes, while also being a legit scorer and defender.

Another topic I brought up once was the idea of trading Kanter for Andrew Harrison.

Hmmm..

Seeing the game tonight, I mean we DOMINATED with Favors & Kanter. And that's how the Jazz FO likes the team to play. Inside Out.

I'd probably get neg'd by PKM for this, but if we have studs like Favors & Kanter dominating down low, and we're always gonna dump the ball down to them each possession - is it necessary to have Harrison? Of course he'd be good to have, but I'd rather have:

Favors, Kanter, Burke > Favors & Harrison

moot point. jazz are going to tank next year and draft Harrison then it will be Harrison, Burke, Hayward, favors, kanter with McCullum, foye, poythress and splitter off the bench.

This is what I posted before we drafted Kanter:

Again - my main argument is you don't pass on a guy just because he's not there (yet) defensively. We already have Favors for that.

Look at the Finals - game 4 - Dallas had Chandler - but it was Nowitzki who put his team on his back flu and all and hit the game winning shot.

That's the kind of player we're looking at here, a big who's skilled enough to put the ball on the floor, shoot it, draw fouls.

And as for drafting Knight - over the past 10 years - how many PG do you see dominating the final? This year's cast: Wade's a SG, LeBron - SF, Bosh - PF, Nowitzki - PF, Terry - SG. I haven't seen a true PG dominating in the Finals since - let's see - 2004 with Billups.

And for those thinking Kanter didn't go HARD in High School - have a look at the video below and compared it to Givony's "I won't show the whole game, but instead only edit in bits that support my argument" video:
