Following potential 2013 draftees

I've only read the last 10 pages or so, but have you guys discussed C.J. McCollum?

I'm assuming you have since this thread is ~500 pages haha.

With that said, I really like him. I know he's not a pure PG, but he's a creator. Good shooter, good off the drive, athletic, nice wingspan, plays good defense. I can just picture a lineup of McCollum, Burks, Hayward, Favors and Kanter doing well. All of them run the floor well, McCollum, Burks, and Hayward can all handle the ball well, they can initiate the offense, they can create. With the right coach, that'd be an offense that'd be fun as hell to watch.

I'd also consider taking somebody like Kelly Olylnk (sp?) from Gonzaga. He's got nice size, can put the ball on the floor, has low-post moves and can also run the floor. He'd be a nice backup for when/if Jefferson and Millsap leave.

I already figured out who you are .. seriously, Jason could so use my software I use in my companies....

I was just being an *** with ya man. It's already clear you don't like me and think that I'm somebody else, so I figured I might as well mess around with ya.

I think Cal is a great coach. He's obviously one of the best defensive coaches around, I don't think too many other people could get those players to buy into defense like he does. His offensive system is a little shaky IMO, but when you combine his recruiting skills and defensive coaching skills, he's a great coach.

Hal has no presence. Hal is just another empty shell of another empty suit. Same ol, same ol..

It seems like instead of responding to my posts with any substance, you're just going to attack me.

I'm not sure why you think I'm somebody else, but perhaps this is why there are so few new posters. You accuse all of them of being somebody else.

If we don't get our favored PG with our first pick, what would you think of Kyle Anderson with a later pick (if he declares)?

I see some resemblances in skills to Evan Turner, though he's probably less of a scorer and less ball-dependent. Perhaps more of a pure PG mentality. At essentially Marvin's size/length, could we run him at PG on offense and SF on defense with Burks and Hayward at guards defensively?

I don't know if his (mediocre) athleticism & shooting will ever translate into NBA effectiveness, but he seems like someone who could fill out an intriguing team on the floor with Burks, Hayward, Kanter & Favors.

I'm not a fan of Kyle Anderson at all. He can't shoot, and didn't even create that much at UCLA. Of course, one also has to determine how much Howland had to do with that. He never seems to utilize his players as he should.

Kyle will be worthless, imo. He's a SF masquerading as a PG.. very sloooow and not much skill... nope.
