Honestly I've never seen Smart play, hell I don't even know if he's a pass first pg, or scorer, athletic, not athletic, shooter, or slasher.
When I started paying more attention to potential draftees he seemed out of range, so I didnt pay much attention to him, so I can't really answer this question. Why do you ask?
