Following potential 2013 draftees

The draft next year isn't that deep at all IMO. Yes, it has a lot of super stars, but I don't see it as a specially deep draft. I don't see Smart falling past late lottery. The guy will come out and be a better player. He isn't Terrance Jones.

Because you 'don't see' it being deep??? How about you, like every other wannabe, wait for the gurus to tell you the players are that make the depth. Otherwise, please tell me about the HSrs you've watched and why you think they're not as good in the late round...

Smart returning is good for Wolters and Kabongo I would think, because that's one less available point guard ahead of them meaning teams that want or need one would be more willing to take a risk on them late in the first-round.

Uhh, yeah..

Kids' lives..

So his life is ruined just because he isn't a top 3 pick. What if he got drafted by the ****ing Bobcats? The Kings? His career could effectively be ruined from that and his 2nd contract would be wack. What if next year he is drafted by the Jazz, for instance, and he becomes the PG of a talented team?

I don't actually think Smart has that much room to improve though.

He's already physically an NBA player. He passes OK. He beat up smaller guys. He's playing with pace and he has a high motor.

He really only needs to work on his shooting & handle to limit his TO's. I mean - he could do that in the offseason. It's not worth it risking injury & slipping in next year's loaded draft.

I believe in Smart.

Can't bank on that though. Get your money while you can IMO.

I can't even dignify that POS logic with a dignified response. You're smrter than that, I know.. I've seen pics.

Shooting is a pretty big thing. Even a marginal improvement would make him a much better player.

Him working on his body, getting his weight down a bit and increasing his mobility.

Him just learning how to be a better leader.

He has so much room to improve, I really have no idea what you are talking about.

All those guys who are returning this year or are expected to return to school: Alex Poythress, Brandon Ashley, Kaleb Tarczewski, P.J. Hairston, Rasheed Sulaimon, Vander Blue, Dwight Powell, Shane Larkin (possibly), Kyle Anderson, Branden Dawson, Jahii Carson, Spencer Dinwiddie, Andre Roberson, C.J. Fair, Chane Behanan, LeBryan Nash, this list goes on. Next years draft is going to be absolutely stacked!
