The hayward draft i thought we had to get a big cause we had just lost boozer and memo had that achilles injury so i actually wanted us to take in order... Whiteside, aldrich, ed davis..... Holy hell im glad i was wrong on that one. I hated the hayward pick, but didn't hate it as much once we picked up jeffy.

The kanter draft the jazz picked both of the guys that i was hoping for (though i didn't think burks was realistic cause i thought he would go around 8 or 9th.)
I was extremely happy with the results of that draft.

I wanted Paul George. I thought it was obvious, given his length, athleticism and shooting/scoring ability, that he was going to be a solid prospect. That said, I would also have considered Whiteside, although I though he would go in the mid-first round and it would be a trade-down scenario. Hayward wasn't even on my radar.
