Following potential 2013 draftees

Back to the main point though, if a player has done a good job of defending everyone he has faced up to a certain point, you can't really call him a bad defender. You can say unproven, but to declare him bad, as if it were proven fact, is just irresponsible judgement.

Well that's the whole point I was trying to make.

I say he's "guilty until proven innocent".

You say he's "innocent until proven guilty".

The evidence is the same, it's how you approach evaluating the whole package.

I'm glad you're just a troll and not actually this stupid.

Guys.. not sure why this is such a big deal. All I'm trying to say is I'd rather err on the side of caution when looking guys who I don't think will be athletic enough to survive the grueling NBA physicality.

Case in point is Jimmer. Lacking athleticism, vision and passing, I doubt he'll ever be more than a 2nd string PG - and that is such a waste considering somebody actually picked him in the lotto.

I agree with him. You don't wanna take someone, giving him the benefit of the doubt. You need to evaluate him before taking that stigma away.
But then again, sometimes you have to gamble and hope for the best.

Praise the Lord somebody finally gets it! PRAISE THE LORD!!!
