The consensus top 4 are: Towns, Okafor, Russell and Mudiay. There's a chance Mudiay slips a spot or two, but he'll be gone by the time the Jazz draft.
The next 4, by consensus, appear to include the following in some order: Johnson, Hezonja, Porzingis and Cauley-Stein. It's possible that WCS could slip a spot or so, but I doubt it.
The Jazz are likely to draft 9th or 10th. New Orleans, Phoenix and at least a couple Eastern Conf. teams are likely to stay in front of the Jazz.
This means the Jazz will be looking at Oubre, Winslow, Turner, Looney, Booker, or Kaminsky.
Given those options, I think Turner has the most upside.
The Jazz are 7 games behind the Hornets and Suns with only 20 games to play. Assuming the Jazz win 13 or 14 of their remaining 20 games, those teams would have to finish 7-13 or 6-14 just for us to tie. They're playing too well to do that. They'll both close out around .500 at least. Both have a shot at the POs.
The Celtics, Heat and Nets are all in playoff contention and play mostly EC opponents. It's reasonable to assume that at least one of them stays ahead of us. Detroit is in the mix also. They probably just have to win 11 or 12 games to hold us off.
I love Mykhailiuk
I'm watching Winslow v. NC, and he doesn't look good. He's hesitant to shoot, is hesitant to drive and just can't seem to do much in the half court. He's built like a football player, but his ball skills are not very developed.
I'll go ahead and predict that Oubre gets picked ahead of him.
