Certainly has impressive stats for a Sophomore. Seems like a dude who could stay in another year and become a lottery pick. I would be down, on the limited 1 minute video I just watched.

How much room is there on the Jazz for these kind of players though with all the youth we have?

I don't think anyone is questioning WCS ability to guard Dekker. The point is that if he has to float on the 3pt line to guard Dekker, that leaves more room for other players to cut and drive.

Dekker can't just put the ball and the floor and drive past WCS. If WCS and Cal are smart, they just challenge Dekker to continue his hot shooting. Percentages say he isn't that great of a shooter.
 
I would guess wcs is going to guard kaminsky to start.

lyles will be on dekker

the matchup to watch will be towns vs Hayes. can town guard hays? calipari may switch wcs and towns.

No, it will be WCS on Dekker, Lyles on Hayes, and Towns on Kaminsky.. not that it much matters because we switch EVERYTHING.

That's a good post, but WCS is long and fast enough to both back way off and challenge the shot. Makes up a lot of ground fast.

You stop Frank the Tank and you stop Wisconsin... Don't think Dekker can beat Kentucky. WCS can stop Frank (as much as I love the guy). Will be a great game.

Just had a thought... the Jazz are clearly aware in tune with what is going on with Tomic. They likely have as much or more intel on Mario than anyone. When Walt Perrin was talking about what they are looking for he was basically describing Mario... definitely think he is a target.
