Yup. Can you name a guy with elite length but was a flop? Likewise someone with crazy athleticismsmsms but was a flop?

Oubre has the tools and I wouldn't be surprised if his vertical is close.
It all comes down to his brain and his heart. Paul George is a good comp if he is a worker and is engaged.
His floor would be a Young Gerald Green... Not that he's that great of a leaper just that he has amazing physical tools and can't figure all the other stuff out.
I could see a team falling in love with him in the top ten and I would not be upset if we took him.
Aminu.
Length or Athleticismsmsmsm camp?

Aminu is crazy long and kinda sucks.
Uhh, Gerald Green is a no defense chucker w/ extreme explosiveness. Oubre plays defense. I would say he is nothing like Green, right?
Oubre seems kind of like Lamb to me though.
Both have great length and are very good athletes (though not upper tier elite).
Both are pretty smooth offensively but struggle to really dominate a game consistently.
Neither are great ball-handlers or rim attackers and their offense focuses more around jumpers.
Lamb is probably a bit more athletic and Oubre has better size, but outside of that they seem pretty similar to me.
I would argue Aminu also has pretty good athelticismsmsm as well though? Anyone with crazy length for a wing, not crazy atheticismsms and didn't do so well?
Anyone?

I have a hard time seeing him out of the league but I could see him being a Wesley Johnson/Gerald Green type player that you always just want more from.
I would spend more time interviewing him and people around him than watching game tape. I don't think he's a bad kid per se but if he has that Nick Young not serious type attitude I don't want him.

Was speaking in terms of both players have physical tools but green didn't have the work ethic early and may never have the brain to be a meaningful player.... Was not a comp to the type of games they have... Just that they both have amazing tools.
You been reading to many One Love post.
Umm, Green worked his way out of the D-League to a NBA roster.....
Yes I think so too.
Why... Both have physical tools... Both have been around the league but you just thought they'd do more. Johnson was like 30 when he came into the league so it's not a direct comp just a guy who has height and wingspan who didn't achieve what nba types thought he would.
A young Gerald green worked his way from the nba to the d league.
