As far as shooting stroke and shooting is concerned, yes.

Other than Stanley's weird shot release and shot making, they are pretty close.

I would prefer a workout too, but I think it's less important for guys like Kaminsky who have been around for four years.I would prefer Kaminsky to work out for us, because our FO doesn't care if he comes for a workout or not when picking. They've proven in the last several years that they will draft players that don't want to work out for the Jazz. So if he's there at 12 and we are on the clock, I prefer DL to have as much information about him as possible, and to know that whether he picks him or not - it was because they've decided so based on the best possible information they could have.
George Lucas thinking about withdrawing.

Alexander Vezenkov will withdraw from the 2015 NBA Draft according to his agent Nick Lotsos.
Vezenkov was a potential first rounder too.
The only thing Oubre is currently better at offensively is outside shooting--and that may not even be true (Johnson averaged a higher % from 3; I just like Oubre's form better).
Post game; getting to the FT line; passing... Johnson is far superior.
Ball handling is probably close, but I'd give Johnson a slight edge the same way I give Oubre a slight edge in shooting ability.
I would understand if a team took Oubre ahead of Johnson, but to say Oubre is better offensively at this point is just silly, IMO.
