Hi shot is so smooth from 16-18' that I think he just needs more attempts and get into a rhythm. He is one player that when he shoots I assume it's going in.. just looks pretty.

I think Winslow can be something close to Dwayne Wade. He'll have to work really hard, but he's that kind of athlete. I think Winslow is a bit better off the dribble than Johnson, but I'll have to watch Johnson more.

What the Jazz need are players who are effective off the ball. Burke, Burks, Exum, Hayward are all in love with the ball and Kanter getts his fair share of post ups as well. So someone with Kyle Korver skills wouldn't be too bad. Alternatively you trade one or more of the ball handlers.
Spacing is an issue as well.
