Following Potential 2025 Draftees

It's the latter, but curious as to why this matters more than age (both of which can be easily googled)?

He's probably not Sam Merrill, but Merrill had both served a mission and was older, fwiw.
It's not always easily googled. I couldn't find it when I searched

The last two games he has played better. Might be due to the competition, might be due to his teammates also balling out (which might be due to the competition), or he might be figuring things out (my hope).

Could also be that coach Young is improving as well.

Richie saunders has been insane the last two games though.
I think it is because Dallin Hall was sent to the bench.

Tre is definitely an elite scoring prospect....chances are he's more of a Cam Thomas/McCollum type scorer instead of a Booker, but very few prospects are more likely to be superstars than not.

If he's a 6'6 Cam Thomas/McCollum w/ a 6'10 wingspan.....

Yeah, well Cam Thomas is also elite at getting to the line and Tre does not do that. I don't care about making sure every comparison is picture perfect. That's not the point. Point is, most likely scenario I see him is an elite scorer who doesn't do a ton else.

He's probably a better shooter coming off of movement than anyone the Jazz has currently.

If we get the number 2 pick, whos everyone taking Ace or Harper?
I'm probably VJ or Ace but I would be pretty damn happy with any of the 3. In the nba VJ is going to be a problem with more spacing.

Demin mostly just wasn't rushing his shot. His form is good, but when he shoot 'anxious' its often short. When he relaxes a bit he's good. Interesting that this last game was a team that is traditionally good against the 3 this season, but BYU shot lights out long distance, so it wasn't about ease of opponent.

Im not too worried about his shot, he doesnt really have anyone creating for him at BYU.

I just dont think he's a primary type of guy, but more like a really good glue guy.

Good post other than the last sentence.
Look up where Cincinnati stands in the conference. They aren't a good team.
I don't consider BYU a good team and Cincinnati is quite a few spots below them and BYU was playing at home in a blowout win (low pressure. Little resistance from the opponent).

His FT shooting is another bad signal, which bothers me. I like the handle, passing and defensive potential for a wing though.

As I already stated, just pointing out their Big 12 stats on defending the 3 are very good, not that they're a good team. Even after getting blitzed by BYU they're fractions of a percent from being 3rd in 3 PT FG% Defense in the B12:
