Following Potential 2025 Draftees

Both Tre Johnson and Kon Knueppel look like weapon shooters, something the Jazz don’t really have right now. It looks like they might both go in the lottery range though.

Egor was known as a poor shooter coming into the season. We will see if it holds up, but the shot looks super solid to me.
He has been really bad from the line so far and I'm still worried about his shot but it's much improved from his overseas shooting so far.

Cedric Coward bakes cookies for his teammates and they are supposedly GOATED. That's a good sign of a great player.

Knueppel isn't a rotation NBA player. He belongs to the venerable tradition of slow-footed, tweener-ish "great college scorers" with guys like Adam Morrison, Tyler Hansbrough, Jimmer and Luka Garza.

I guarantee there's zero teams looking to draft Kon in the lottery. He's headed to China or Europe.

You might be right, but I guarantee all 30 teams have Kon in or somewhere near the lottery as it currently stands.

There might be questions about his defense, but a 6'6" sweet shooter who can shoot off of movement tends to get drafted in the 1st round and get real minutes. He seems like he should be able to do more than catch-and-shoot, but even if he's just a Corey Kispert-type shooter, that's normally a mid 1st-rd pick.

I'm spiraling a little with what we could do with Egor on the Jazz:

Draft Egor, go get a dawg perimeter defender like Cason Wallace, Lauri, Kessler, and either Hendricks or Cody as the 5th starter. Keyonte or Sexton as the 6th man, Juzang as a 3pt weapon. Hopefully, Flip develops in to a guy that gives us a 5 out look.

I like Egor, but if you get him, you are probably tanking another year at least. Not sure he will be NBA ready like Flagg will.

Just wondering because it has him listed as sg on tankathon. Is his handles sufficient for the NBA as a point guard?
Idk but they are sufficient for the 2 games he has played in so far for BYU.

Kispert is the perfect comparison for him
